Our honest take on Bangkok

Bangkok completely surprised us. We knew it would be busy and hot — but we didn’t expect how much there is to eat, see and experience in just 3 days. The Grand Palace is unmissable. Chinatown at night is chaos in the best way. And the food from street carts costs 60 baht and is better than any Thai restaurant back home.

Best time to visit Bangkok
November–April is the sweet spot — dry season, comfortable heat and less humidity. May–October is monsoon season — expect heavy afternoon rain but cheaper prices everywhere.
